Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Food Service Management, Or A Related Field.
Certified Dietary Manager (Cdm) Credential From The Association Of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (Anfp).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Food Service Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Regarding Food Safety And Nutrition In Healthcare Facilities.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Dietary Staff.
