Lead Data Analyst

In this role, you’ll offer a strong data-driven perspective and have the opportunity to provide meaningful insights that are directly reflected in product and business decisions. Provide ad-hoc data analysis, deep dives, data visualizations, and statistical modeling. Lead a holistic approach towards defining KPIs for features and the overall business to develop and inform initiatives from a data-derived perspective. Partner closely with business owners to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities to drive growth for the company and increase engagement within the Headspace app. Collaborate with other members of the data science & analytics team, and the data engineering team to create a data-driven culture. Design A/B multivariate tests to drive product and growth improvements. Evaluate the impact of new product features on engagement and growth metrics.
