The successful candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to providing the highest level of customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a combination of technical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should also be knowledgeable in computer hardware, Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and software applications, as well as have experience in troubleshooting common technical issues and providing technical support.
