  11. Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and loss prevention measures.
  13. Participate in hiring and performance evaluations for store associates.
  14. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep the team informed and motivated.
