We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. System Analyst with expertise in RELEX or Blue Yonder to join our team. As a Sr. System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems and processes.   1. Analyze and assess current system processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and functionality of RELEX or Blue Yonder systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RELEX or Blue Yonder systems.
  5. Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
  6. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
  7. Train and mentor junior analysts on RELEX or Blue Yonder systems.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RELEX or Blue Yonder systems and make recommendations for their implementation.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, to provide regular updates on system performance and progress.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  12. Lead and support system integration projects and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  13. Prepare and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to system usage and security.
  15. Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Job Qualifications
