- Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain a budget for the supply chain strategy team and ensure cost-effective execution of initiatives.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
- Represent Harbor Freight Tools in industry events and conferences related to supply chain management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: A Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Supply Chain Strategies In A Large Organization.
