Retail Stocking Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, unload, and stock merchandise in the retail store.
2. Verify shipment accuracy and carefully inspect items for any flaws or damage.
3. Maintain a neat and organized store layout.
4. Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
5. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
6. Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
7. Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
8. Operate cash register to process payments.
9. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
10. Assist in opening and closing store.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
