Retail Stocking Associate

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Retail Stocking Associate to join our team and help create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You should also be comfortable working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in the retail or warehouse industry is a plus, but not required.We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with customers and helping them find the products they need. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Stock shelves and racks with merchandise according to store guidelines.
3. Receive, unpack, and organize inventory.
4. Keep store and displays neat and organized.
5. Assist customers in finding products and answering product-related questions.
6. Maintain store security and safety.
7. Assist in processing customers’ payments.
8. Participate in team meetings and store-wide initiatives.
9. Maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
