Responsibilites:

• Assist customers with their selections and purchases
• Restock shelves with merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
• Process returns and exchanges
• Process payments and handle cash
• Monitor stock levels and order new stock when necessary
• Answer customer questions and provide product advice
• Assist in training new staff members
• Troubleshoot technical issues with POS systems
• Follow all safety and security protocols
