Retail Stocking Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Stock shelves with merchandise in an organized and timely manner.
2. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
3. Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
5. Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
6. Receive and unpack merchandise and replenish store shelves as needed.
7. Follow established safety standards when lifting and moving heavy items.
8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Harbor Freight Tools.
9. Assist in inventory control and perform regular cycle counts.
10. Assist in the opening and closing of the store.
