Responsibilities:

-Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner -Unload, stock, and organize merchandise in accordance with Harbor Freight Tools standards -Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering product-related questions -Ensure merchandise is priced correctly and displayed attractively -Maintain store cleanliness and organization -Assist with daily store operations such as cashiering, inventory management, and merchandising -Provide outstanding customer service at all times -Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner -Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
