  1. Maintain inventory levels: Ensure that all shelves and displays are fully stocked with merchandise, including restocking items as needed and rotating products to prevent expiration or damage.
  2. Organize merchandise: Keep the sales floor clean and well-organized, including arranging products in an appealing and easily accessible manner.
  3. Monitor product quality: Conduct regular checks of merchandise to ensure that all items are in good condition and free of defects.
  4. Receive and process shipments: Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy of contents, and process merchandise for stocking on the sales floor.
  5. Assist customers: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including answering questions and directing customers to desired products.
  6. Maintain store appearance: Keep the sales floor, back room, and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
  7. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, as well as to address any customer concerns or issues.
  8. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure working environment for both employees and customers.
