  1. Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels in the store.
  2. Organizing and arranging merchandise to ensure easy accessibility for customers.
  3. Checking for damaged or expired products and removing them from the shelves.
  4. Receiving and unpacking merchandise deliveries, and labeling and pricing items.
  5. Maintaining a neat and organized stock room.
  6. Assisting customers with finding products and answering any questions they may have.
  7. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively assist customers.
  9. Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move and transport merchandise.
  10. Collaborating with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  11. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  12. Following company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulations.
  13. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
  14. Flexibility to work in different areas of the store as needed.
  15. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Retail Stocking Associates Must Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage And Maintain Inventory Levels. This Includes Keeping Track Of Stock Levels, Rotating Merchandise, And Restocking Shelves In A Timely Manner.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Extended Periods. The Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment Is Essential.

  • Attention To Detail: Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels And Ensuring The Store Is Properly Stocked Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. Retail Stocking Associates Must Be Able To Quickly Identify And Correct Any Stocking Errors Or Discrepancies.

  • Teamwork: Retail Stocking Associates Often Work As Part Of A Larger Team And Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Others. This Includes Assisting Coworkers With Stocking Tasks, Working Together To Meet Deadlines, And Maintaining A Positive Attitude In A Team Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: While Specific Experience In Retail Stocking May Not Be Required, A Basic Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management Is Beneficial. This Includes Knowledge Of Common Retail Procedures Such As Restocking, Inventory Counts, And Merchandise Organization.
