1. Maintaining and organizing inventory levels by restocking shelves, racks, and displays.
2. Accurately and efficiently receiving and stocking merchandise from deliveries.
3. Rotating and arranging products to ensure proper presentation and freshness.
4. Checking for damaged or missing items and reporting discrepancies to management.
5. Assisting customers with locating products and providing exceptional customer service.
6. Keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
7. Following safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Communicating with team members and management to identify low stock levels and prioritize restocking tasks.
9. Utilizing equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move and stock heavy merchandise.
10. Participating in inventory counts and audits as needed.
11. Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and inventory control.
12. Cross-training in other areas of the store to assist as needed.
13. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
14. Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity in stocking processes.
15. Representing the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
