- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any low or out-of-stock items.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to optimize space and efficiency.
- Assist with the unloading and loading of merchandise delivery trucks.
- Conduct regular price checks and ensure accurate pricing on all products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new arrivals to better assist customers.
- Follow safety procedures and protocol when handling merchandise, including lifting heavy items.
