- Stocking shelves with products: The primary responsibility of a Retail Stocking Associate is to ensure that all shelves in the store are stocked with products at all times. This includes receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, as well as restocking shelves throughout the day.
- Maintaining inventory levels: The Stocking Associate is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure that the store always has an adequate supply of products for our customers. This includes communicating with the management team to restock low or out-of-stock items.
- Ensuring product accuracy: The Stocking Associate must pay close attention to detail and ensure that all products are accurately labeled and placed on the correct shelves. This includes checking for any damages or discrepancies and reporting them to the appropriate team member.
- Assisting with customer inquiries: As a part of the customer service team, the Stocking Associate may be required to assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have about merchandise or pricing.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment: The Stocking Associate is responsible for keeping the store shelves and storage areas clean and organized at all times. This includes sweeping, dusting, and rearranging products as needed.
