Retail Stocking Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stocking Associate to join our Harbor Freight Tools team. The ideal candidate is an organized team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping our customers find the right tools for their projects. The Retail Stocking Associate will be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. A minimum of 1 year of retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Responsibilities:

1. Stock shelves with merchandise according to established guidelines.
2. Ensure that merchandise displays are neat, organized, and properly labeled.
3. Assist customers in finding the right tools for their projects.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
8. Assist with other tasks as needed.
9. Operate a cash register and accept payments from customers.
10. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
