  1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for team members to achieve their best.
  3. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maximize sales by analyzing sales data, implementing effective sales strategies, and training team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  6. Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  7. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to create and implement store-wide initiatives and promotions.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, customer feedback, and any other relevant information.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements or changes to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  11. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints, working to find a satisfactory resolution.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff schedules.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Sales Supervisor Job At Harbor Freight Tools Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Role. This Experience Should Include Supervisory Or Management Experience, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
