- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels in the store.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer shopping experience and contribute to the growth of the company.
Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Familiarity With Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service Techniques To Ensure Efficient And Effective Store Operations.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management, Both Verbally And In Writing.
