Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team and lead our sales associates in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to promote a positive work environment and ensure the success of our store.   1. Lead and supervise a team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
  2. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and coaching.
  3. Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Drive sales by motivating and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by setting an example for the team and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  6. Train new sales associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  7. Create schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
  8. Monitor and track store sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
  9. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively train and support the sales team.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
  12. Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels in the store.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer shopping experience and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Familiarity With Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service Techniques To Ensure Efficient And Effective Store Operations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management, Both Verbally And In Writing.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A Customer-Centric Approach To Sales, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Service And Building Strong Relationships With Customers To Drive Sales And Promote Customer Loyalty.
