In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, leading and motivating a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, setting goals and providing ongoing training and development to ensure high levels of performance.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and customer-focused environment, ensuring excellent service delivery and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate them to customers and team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
  8. Collaborate with other supervisors and store management to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends, and make recommendations for product selection and pricing to drive sales.
  10. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient operations.
  11. Handle any administrative tasks related to the role, such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both in-store and in the community.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong work ethic among team members.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Role, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Position, Is Required For This Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Retail Sales Strategies And Techniques.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates, As Well As The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively. They Should Also Have The Ability To Set Clear Expectations And Provide Constructive Feedback To Their Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Sales Supervisor, Effective Communication With Both Customers And Team Members Is Essential. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Interactions.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Sales Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Sales Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service. Previous Experience With Point-Of-Sale Systems And Cash Handling Is Also Preferred.

  • Customer Service Orientation: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Creating A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. This Includes Being Able To Handle Customer Complaints And Concerns In A Professional And Timely Manner.
