  1. Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive sales.
  4. Create and maintain a customer-focused culture by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
  5. Set and achieve sales goals and targets for the team.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and logistics, to maintain store operations and achieve business objectives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
  11. Assist with hiring and training new sales associates as needed.
  12. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll, for the sales team.
  13. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of Harbor Freight Tools.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Sales: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales Is Required For This Position. This Includes Experience In Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Sales Associates. This Includes Delegating Tasks, Setting Goals, And Providing Feedback And Coaching.

  • Product Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Harbor Freight Tools' Products And Services Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Must Be Able To Answer Customer Questions, Make Product Recommendations, And Provide Guidance On Proper Use And Maintenance Of Products.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Management. This Includes Active Listening, Clear And Concise Verbal Communication, And Written Communication Skills.
