As a Retail Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales expertise, leadership skills, and customer service experience to drive sales and provide exceptional service to our customers.   1. Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Train and coach sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with upper management to develop and execute sales plans.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance to sales associates.
  11. Set and track individual and team sales targets.
  12. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales.
  13. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new sales team members.
  14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and provide recommendations.
  15. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Sales Management. This Includes Experience In Managing A Team, Setting And Achieving Sales Goals, And Creating And Implementing Effective Sales Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team. This Includes The Ability To Provide Constructive Feedback, Conduct Performance Evaluations, And Create A Positive And Productive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Vendors.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Merchandising. This Includes Understanding Of Inventory Management, Product Placement, And Visual Merchandising Techniques.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Sales Performance.
