- Prepare and present sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure all employees are also following them.
- Conduct recruitment and selection of new sales team members as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales Management, Preferably In A Hardware Or Tools Store Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team Of Sales Associates To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals.
Knowledge Of Tools And Hardware Products, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Sales Associates On Product Features And Benefits.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Revenue In A Retail Environment, With The Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Performance.
