- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store.
- Drive and increase sales through effective strategies and techniques.

- Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Create and implement sales training programs for new and existing employees.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.

- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall presentation and appeal of the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve overall company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales, customer service, and overall store performance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Hardware Or Tools Environment.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Performance.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Proficiency In Inventory Management, Including Ordering, Receiving, And Maintaining Stock Levels.
Knowledge Of Harbor Freight Tools Product Offerings And The Ability To Train And Educate Staff On Product Features And Benefits.
