Retail Sales Associate

Harbor Freight Tools is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual who is eager to provide excellent customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the company, working with customers to ensure their needs are met and their experience with Harbor Freight Tools is a positive one. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Answer customer questions and address customer inquiries.

• Assist customers in finding the products and services they need.

• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

• Maintain a clean and organized store.

• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.

• Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system.

• Train new employees on store policies and procedures.

• Comply with all safety and security protocols.

• Remain up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
