Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide information about products and services
2. Assist customers with their purchase decisions
3. Process customer payments and answer questions about invoices
4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
6. Ensure all products are in stock and priced correctly
7. Upsell additional products and services as appropriate
8. Follow proper cash handling and security procedures
9. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as needed
10. Track sales and inventory data using point of sale systems
