Retail Sales Associate

Harbor Freight Tools is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves helping customers, can work independently, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be well-organized.The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing efficient customer service, processing sales and returns, stocking shelves, and maintaining a neat and orderly store. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Responsibilities:

-Provide efficient customer service in a friendly and professional manner -Process sales and returns, using point-of-sale software -Maintain a neat and orderly store -Stock shelves and merchandise areas according to company policies and standards -Answer customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and recommendations -Provide information about promotions and special offers -Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions -Assist in store opening and closing tasks -Follow all safety and security procedures -Participate in team-building activities and store meetings -Perform other duties as assigned
