Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for the legal field and real estate? Harbor Freight Tools is looking for a Paralegal specializing in Real Estate to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our attorneys with real estate transactions, contracts, and other legal matters. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of real estate laws and procedures.   1. Support attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and preparing closing documents.
  2. Maintain organized and accurate records of all real estate documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  3. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to real estate.
  4. Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  5. Prepare and file legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and title documents.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and hearings related to real estate matters.
  7. Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and other documents as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in all real estate transactions.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and operations, to provide legal advice and support for real estate-related matters.
  10. Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other parties to facilitate efficient communication and resolution of issues.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  15. Uphold the company's mission, vision, and values in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Retail Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Contracts, Leases, And Property Acquisition Processes.

  • Proficiency In Legal Research, Document Drafting, And Case Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Independently.
