Harbor Freight Tools is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, IT Applications (Retail/MRP) to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This individual will be responsible for leading the IT Applications team in order to develop, maintain, and support our retail and material resource planning (MRP) systems.The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in a similar role within the retail and/or MRP industries, as well as strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the IT Applications team in developing, maintaining, and supporting our retail and material resource planning (MRP) systems.
2. Act as a key resource in the implementation of new and existing systems related to retail and MRP.
3. Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications for new applications.
4. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for users.
5. Drive process improvement initiatives to improve system performance.
6. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
7. Develop training materials for users and coordinate user training.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
9. Develop and manage project plans and budgets.
10. Manage the deployment of system upgrades.
