  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the management of corporate facilities, in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
  3. Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including forecasting and cost control measures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for facility processes and systems.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and a positive work environment.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any facility or safety issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  9. Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and services for facility operations.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility management techniques and technologies.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on facility operations and any potential risks or issues.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and customer-centricity within the facility management team and across the organization.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve and streamline facility operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facility Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facility Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Repair Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Facilities And Projects Simultaneously, With A Focus On Cost Control And Efficiency.
