- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Develop and manage the learning and development budget.
- Utilize various learning methods, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development.
- Communicate training initiatives and updates to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with employee career paths and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and tools.
- Develop and maintain training records and reports for compliance and evaluation purposes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Retail Or Similar Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory.
Experience Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Both In-Person And Through E-Learning Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
