- Develop and implement leadership and talent strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Design and implement effective leadership development programs to cultivate and retain top talent.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of leadership and talent initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders at all levels to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership and talent management to continuously improve our programs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on all matters related to leadership and talent.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage resources and expertise for leadership and talent initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for leadership and talent initiatives.
- Act as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
- Monitor and report on the success of leadership and talent programs to senior leadership and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to leadership and talent management.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Leadership Development, And Organizational Effectiveness.
Strong Understanding And Application Of Leadership And Talent Strategies, Including Succession Planning, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In A Retail Or Multi-Unit Environment Is Preferred.
