Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS)

The Functional Analyst will have a hands-on role in the implementation and maintenance of the Oracle EBS system. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, configure, and implement Oracle EBS system modules.
2. Understand and document business processes and requirements.
3. Liaise with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
5. Provide system training and support to users.
6. Conduct system and user acceptance testing.
7. Develop system documentation and user guides.
8. Work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Provide excellent customer service.
10. Stay up-to-date on latest Oracle EBS technologies and features.
