- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all facilities at Harbor Freight Tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reduce the costs of facility maintenance.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, working to find cost-saving solutions wherever possible.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the business.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service.
- Develop and implement emergency and safety procedures for all facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on facility maintenance and operations metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to facility management.
- Act as a point of contact for any facility-related inquiries or concerns from employees or customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Facilities Or Maintenance Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Construction, And Safety Codes.
Proven Experience Managing Budgets And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
