3. Manage and maintain budgets for facility maintenance and repairs.
4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with store managers and distribution center leaders to address any facility-related concerns.
6. Hire, train, and supervise facility maintenance staff.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
8. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
9. Keep detailed records of all facility maintenance and repairs.
10. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facility operations and any necessary improvements.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
12. Conduct performance evaluations for facility staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the facility management team.
14. Ensure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and presentable to customers.
15. Other duties as assigned by upper management.
