- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Manage and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
- Monitor and track facility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues and hazards.
- Supervise facility staff and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely completion of work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management, and recommend improvements and innovative solutions to enhance facility operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and finance, to support company initiatives and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
- Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and performance to senior management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Security.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Team Of Maintenance And Custodial Staff.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
