Job Description

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our retail stores.   1. Oversee the maintenance and operations of all Harbor Freight Tools retail stores.
  2. Ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees and customers.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance and cleaning schedules for all stores.
  4. Monitor and manage the budget for facilities maintenance and repairs.
  5. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
  6. Hire, train, and manage a team of facilities staff to ensure high quality work.
  7. Coordinate with store managers to address any facilities-related concerns or requests.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for facilities management.
  10. Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  12. Handle emergency situations and oversee disaster preparedness plans.
  13. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
  14. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding facilities operations and needs.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline facilities processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Guidelines.

  • Experience Managing Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
