
Facilities Manager

- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all Harbor Freight Tools retail stores.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees and customers.
- Develop and implement maintenance and cleaning schedules for all stores.
- Monitor and manage the budget for facilities maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of facilities staff to ensure high quality work.
- Coordinate with store managers to address any facilities-related concerns or requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for facilities management.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle emergency situations and oversee disaster preparedness plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding facilities operations and needs.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline facilities processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Guidelines.
Experience Managing Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
