
Facilities Manager

- Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities maintenance, including building repairs, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees and the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and oversee external vendors for facility repairs and maintenance.
- Manage the budget for facilities operations and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Supervise a team of facilities staff and provide guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facility needs are met, such as providing support for events and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations or maintenance requests to minimize any disruptions to business operations.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facilities operations and recommend any necessary improvements.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment by promoting and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Laws.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects And Contractors Simultaneously.
Proven Experience In Budget Management And Cost Control, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Implement Efficient Processes.
