
Facilities Manager

- Develop and implement facility maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of all facilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all company facilities, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and building management to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of facility renovations and improvements.
- Manage a team of facility maintenance staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and present reports on facility maintenance and budget to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any facility-related issues or concerns.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize facility operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to implement in the company's facilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Maintenance Staff.
