- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all Harbor Freight Tools stores, ensuring they are safe, functional, and visually appealing to customers.
- Develop and implement effective facility management strategies to optimize store operations and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify and address any facility-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Train and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, continually seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all building codes and regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs and take appropriate action to address them.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of facility projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related emergencies and coordinate with appropriate parties to resolve them promptly.
- Continuously evaluate and improve facility processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff to ensure a safe, clean, and functional facility.
- Maintain accurate records of all facility-related expenses, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in facility management and implement them as appropriate.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.
Strong Leadership And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks.
Familiarity With Budget Management, Vendor Contracts, And Project Management For Facility Maintenance And Renovations.
