We are seeking a dynamic and organized leader to oversee the operations and performance of our retail stores in the assigned district. The District Manager should have an in-depth understanding of retail and operations management, while also being able to motivate and lead their team to success.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail operations, both as a manager and as a leader. They should have an understanding of retail financials, customer service, and team building. Additionally, the District Manager should be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be results-oriented. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to increase operational efficiency and profitability in the assigned district.
- Analyze retail financials and performance data to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with team members.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action to improve results.
- Plan and coordinate store opening and closing activities.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and review employee’s performance, provide coaching and feedback.
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and disputes.
