  1. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador for Harbor Freight Tools by upholding company values and promoting a positive image.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  5. Utilize active listening skills to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  6. Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements to management.
  7. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and techniques.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company updates and changes.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during high-stress situations.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines.
  14. Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
