- Lead and manage a team of store managers to ensure the overall success and profitability of the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
- Train, coach, and mentor store managers to enhance their performance and foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and operations, to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times by addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on the performance of the region and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of store managers and other team members.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company's leadership team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Or District-Level Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth, With A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Financial Management.
