- Oversee sales performance and strategies for designated region.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.

- Train and develop store managers on sales techniques, merchandising, and operational procedures.

- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Manage and control expenses within designated region.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and performance to senior management.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Similar Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
