- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve business goals for multiple retail stores within a designated region.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for store teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Coach, train, and mentor store managers and their teams to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all stores.
- Monitor and manage store budgets and expenses to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges within the region, taking appropriate action to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Hardware Or Tools Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities To Handle Multiple Store Locations And Customer Needs.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Sales Analysis, And Budgeting To Effectively Drive Store Performance And Profitability.
