Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Reducing Shrinkage In A Multi-Store Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Principles, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.
