- Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Train and educate store teams on loss prevention best practices and company policies.
- Collaborate with store management to address and resolve any security issues or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze store data to identify trends and patterns in theft or loss.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any suspicious activity or incidents of theft.
- Work closely with law enforcement and legal teams to prosecute and recover losses.
- Manage and maintain all security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and security agencies to enhance loss prevention efforts.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on loss prevention efforts and results.
- Train and supervise a team of loss prevention associates.
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retail Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Multi-Store Or Regional Role
Knowledge Of Investigative Techniques, Including Cctv Analysis And Interviewing Skills
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Loss Prevention Software Systems
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates
