7. Partner with law enforcement and legal teams as needed to address and resolve criminal activities.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as security companies and industry associations, to stay informed and enhance loss prevention strategies.
9. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
10. Communicate regularly with company leadership to provide updates on loss prevention efforts, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
11. Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to loss prevention incidents and investigations.
12. Train and supervise loss prevention staff, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
13. Stay current on federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to loss prevention and ensure company compliance.
14. Collaborate with other departments, such as human resources and operations, to implement company-wide loss prevention initiatives.
15. Continuously review and improve loss prevention procedures and protocols to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
