
Area Loss Prevention Manager

- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize theft, fraud, and other forms of loss within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and educate store managers and employees on loss prevention best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify trends and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any incidents of theft, fraud, or other losses and take appropriate action, including working with law enforcement if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
- Monitor and maintain all surveillance equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and providing adequate coverage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and security companies, to support loss prevention efforts.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and address any potential security risks and ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding loss prevention activities and results.
- Act as a role model and leader for store teams, promoting a culture of safety, security, and loss prevention awareness.
- Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention processes and procedures to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection Management.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Loss Prevention, Including Theft, Fraud, And Employee Misconduct.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Loss Prevention Strategies.
