As an integral member of our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing loss prevention strategies and programs to safeguard our inventory, assets, and employees. We are looking for a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of reducing shrinkage and improving overall profitability.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies and programs to protect company assets and minimize shrinkage.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas of high risk and create action plans to mitigate loss.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of company locations to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.
  4. Train and educate store associates on loss prevention techniques and procedures to increase awareness and prevent incidents.
  5. Investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other loss-related issues.
  6. Collaborate with store managers and district teams to address and resolve loss prevention concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies to support investigations and prosecution of theft and fraud cases.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Communicate with upper management on loss prevention initiatives, statistics, and recommendations to improve profitability.
  10. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
  11. Monitor and analyze employee and customer behavior to identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to prevent loss.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners to enhance loss prevention efforts.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and safety.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loss prevention activities and incidents.
  15. Lead and supervise a team of loss prevention associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Loss Prevention Or Security Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Practices, Including Cctv Surveillance, Investigation Procedures, And Inventory Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop Store Teams On Loss Prevention Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Reducing Shrink And Improving Profit Margins In A Multi-Store Retail Environment.
